Noah is a 23-year-old filmmaker based in Encinitas, California. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Film & Media Studies, he’s been working behind the camera since high school — chasing stories from the pacific ocean to the mountains of India, and everywhere in between.
Noah’s cinematography blends naturalism with emotional precision. His images lean into crafted light and lived-in spaces, often capturing the quiet in-between moments that say the most.
Whether shooting narrative, commercial, or documentary work, Noah’s eye is drawn to intimacy, texture, and the small visual details that make a story feel personal. He directs with a style that aims to feel present, not performative, while still delivering a visual and thematic punch.
His latest short film, Forget Me Again, was named an official selection at the Academy Award-qualifying Santa Barbara International Film Festival. In 2019, he was recognized as a National YoungArts Finalist in Cinematic Arts, one of just eight high school filmmakers selected nationwide. More recently, he received the 2023 Sundance Ignite x YoungArts Fellowship, as well as the 2022 Paul N. Lazarus Feature Screenwriting Scholarship. He’s also co-directed two short documentaries as part of IMAX’s young filmmaker program, In Focus.
Whether he's behind the lens, on the page, or leading a set, Noah brings the same focus and intention to every project he takes on.
He’s currently available for freelance work in Southern California as a director and cinematographer, with a focus on music videos and commercial advertising.
